SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

OK, this part sucks but like any website, here's the lowdown. All online orders check out through Wix, and follow the terms and conditions as set out. Tracking will come with parcels automatically to the USA, and that nasty tariff has been built into your shipping price. I use HS Code 5810.91 per CBSA's guidelines. Tracking for Canadian residents is just a few more bucks than the standard "oversized lettermail" charge, so if you'd like to throw some tracking on your order, let me know within 24 hours of placing your order, eh? This way, I can bill it out to get the tracking well sorted before it heads out the door. Seller and/or Shipper cannot be held responsible by delays or costs resulting in policies or procedures within any countries customs department. Outside of shipment to America, any possible duty fees are applied by the country of destination, to be paid by the Buyer. All handmade embroidery pieces are final sale, exchanges and/or refunds are not applicable, credits are not issued. Buyers abandoning parcels are not eligible for refunds. Abandoned parcels are just that, abandoned in your country’s depot, thus, refunds are not applicable. Should an incorrect address be given at check out and parcel has shipped, please wait for parcel to be returned so rebilling and reshipping may commence.

 

Please note crucial deadlines for holiday shipping. Delivery after 25-Nov cannot be guaranteed to finding its new, swell home in time for the holidays. if you make a purchase after 25-Nov but require this before 23-Dec, please inbox me ASAP to chit-chat expedited shipping options or local hand delivery at an additional rate.

Please understand if you're hoping to receive an item before your holiday, and it is past the date previously mentioned, your option for shipping is EXPRESS. Express is costly, yes, but your item will likely arrive before your holiday. Cut-off for Express-shipping orders is December 15th. 

Should a shipment return to Sender, due to buyer unclaimed mail/buyer moved/buyer rejected mail etc, Buyer will forfeit refund.
